1.In these conditions 'The Agency' means Ioniandreams.com. 'The Unit' means the holiday unit available for occupation. The

'Owner' means the person (s) who owns the Unit. The 'Guest' means the person (s) who has (have) booked the Unit for holiday

purposes through the Agency as mentioned on the 'Booking Form', 'The Period' means the period of time agreed with the Agency of

the occupation of the Unit by the guest as stated on 'the Booking form'. The contract of hire shall be between the Guest and the

Owner.

2. All rental charges must be fully paid 45 days before check in date.

3. The unit you are renting is a completely furnished villa with all of the appliances and utensils necessary for an enjoyable

vacation. Nothing should be taken out of the villa. Your rent includes basic cleaning after you leave, including laundry. Please wash

the dishes and cooking utensils that you use before you leave. If excessive cleaning is required, or if items are stained, damaged,

or missing, additional charges will be billed to your credit card after I have discussed the damages with you. You hereby agree to

pay for any excessive cleaning fees, damaged, or missing items.

4. No smoking or pets allowed.

5. Maximum occupancy is as stated on the website..

6. Volume and noise levels must be kept to a level that will not disturb other tenants.

7. Refunds are not provided after 45 days prior to reservation.

8. Neither the owner nor manager is liable for personal injuries or stolen items.

9. If paying by Credit Card or Paypal there is a  fee of 3.%.

10. Travel insurance is your responsability and is esstential.
